Can I switch billing intervals later?+
Yes. You can move between monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly billing at any time from your account's billing settings — the change applies from your next renewal.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?+
We'll notify you before you hit a limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any point, and your usage carries over — nothing is paused mid-cycle.
Do unused envelopes roll over?+
Envelope allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle and don't carry over. If you consistently need more, an upgrade or a custom plan is usually the better fit.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes — the Free plan covers identity-verified e-signing at a smaller scale, so you can try the full verification and audit-trail flow before committing to a paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, with no long-term lock-in. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
